This sandwich could put bread in everyone’s pockets

My wife sometimes thinks I’m weird because of how high sandwiches rank on my favorite food list.

Hot (philly cheese steak)?

Cold (simple turkey and cheese)?

It doesn’t really matter.

I’m actually getting hungry just thinking about it…

But this isn’t about actual delicious sandwiches topped with a little bit of Hellman’s mayo.

This is about something else… the feedback sandwich.

If you don’t know what I’m talking about I’ll explain.

After a recent question on direct for sugarcoated feedback, multiple people said they prefer this other hybrid method.

It goes like this:

Something good (bread). The not so good part (meat). Something good (bread).

It starts off positive and ends positive but you still get the unpleasantries out in the middle.

It’s kinda like when you hide vegetables in your kid’s (or husband’s) food.

If you haven’t tried it, give it a shot and let me know if you notice a difference.

It may be the thing that preserves your business relationships so you can keep getting that bread…
